Welcome Back to WJHS! In case you missed it, see below for information to get your back to school checklist ticked off!
- Complete your AtoZ (now “Membership Toolkit”) registration to gain access to the 2021-2022 WJHS Directory allowing you to view students by grade and class, as well as provide you with parent contact information. Once you’re in, you can:
- Contribute to the annual Teacher/Staff gift, and
- Make an iGNITE contribution on behalf of your child for this year’s enrichment opportunities.
IGNITE!! It’s not too late to donate to Ignite! This is a great way to give back to your child and the students of WJHS!! This year we are excited to host field trips and in-person speakers! We are well underway! Please donate now to Ignite if you haven’t already! Magnets will be distributed to donators only at the end of the month! Let’s make this a great year!! You can donate through the Membership Tool Kit website.
The IGNITE program raises funds to pay for enrichment programs, such as field trips and school assemblies, along with contributing to enhancements to our schools, which are directly related to our students, such as outdoor learning environments and athletic equipment.
What is Membership Toolkit?
Membership Toolkit (formerly AtoZ Connect), used by D39 and the PTOs/PTAs, is a streamlined way to offer you a school directory, an online store where you can purchase a PTO membership, donate to iGNITE! and staff appreciation, order a print directory, link to spiritwear and yearbook, and receive relevant email blasts from the PTO—like alerts when it’s time to register for After School Clubs.
This is the supply list for 7th & 8th Grade at WJHS.
Spiritwear is available to order
📣 It’s never been easier or more fun to show your school spirit! Once again, we’re partnering with humanKIND to provide you with new designs and old favorites, fully customizable with an option to ship OR pick up locally! 📣 Use this link to order.
If you have any questions, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org >>
The 8th Grade end of year trip to Great America, as part of the Graduation celebration is now being handled by WJHS directly.
Please contact the school office for more information.
Cafeteria Volunteer at Lunch
The cafeteria needs parent volunteers! Spend an hour and a half of your day helping the school while viewing your child from a distance (we promise they won’t even know you’re there!).
Come at the scheduled time, check in with the cafeteria staff, and they will let you know where they need the help. You will not need to cook, simply give food to the kids. You are done once 6th period lunch is finished. Please tie your hair back or pop on a cap, otherwise the hairnet may be your only option… You’ve been warned! 🙂
