Please help ensure that this event is a success by signing up to help in one of the roles below.

Thank you for your help!

Cafeteria Duty

Cafeteria Volunteer at Lunch

The cafeteria needs parent volunteers!  Spend an hour and a half of your day helping the school while viewing your child from a distance (we promise they won’t even know you’re there!).

Come at the scheduled time, check in with the cafeteria staff, and they will let you know where they need the help.  You will not need to cook, simply give food to the kids. You are done once 6th period lunch is finished.  Please tie your hair back or pop on a cap, otherwise the hairnet may be your only option…  You’ve been warned!  🙂

Courtyard Volunteer At Recess

WJHS Outdoor Classroom II

The Courtyard is now open for Spring. Please consider volunteering for a quiet lunch supervision slot.

The outdoor courtyard is in need of parent volunteers this school year!  The courtyard is used by kids who want a more quiet recess experience.  They can find a place to read, play a board game, doodle/draw, and catch up with friends.

Come at 11:50am to open up the courtyard.  You will supervise the kids (maybe even catch a glimpse of your own!) and bring out/put away games and supplies.  You will finish up by 1pm.
Games and supplies are in a plastic bin inside the tall storage unit in the courtyard.  Please open the storage unit and take out the plastic bin for the kids.  At the end of the shift, please put away the plastic bin inside the storage unit.

You can bring a friend, a small child, or a book to read.
 No need to garden.
No need to come if it is raining.

Please make sure the kids are quiet and not running (classes are in session at this time).

Thank you for your help in keeping this space open and available to the kids!
Location: WJHS Courtyard.

A sign up to volunteer in the Courtyard will be published here when it reopens.
